Delivery conditions

The delivery time of the orders to Spain peninsula, will be in the 24 hours following the day in which the payment is confirmed, providing that this one should have been realized before 11:00 and the article be in stock. In case the payment of the order is confirmed in eve of festively or weekend before 11:00 h., the order will be delivered the first labour following day in the day of holiday or weekend. In case of the Islands Balerares, the time of traffic will range between 7/12 laboral days, in case of European Union, the traffic will range between 10/14 laboral days. The payment against refund will take prepared a surcharge, which will be reflected in the copy of order of the client and will be notified before the confirmation of the order, this surcharge is totally foreign to Confitelia, s.l., since it is imposed by the company of transport. The client will be able to consult at all time the condition of the sending acceding to his account in www.confitelia.com, indicating his number of order. When the order could not belong dedicated to the client for absence, refuse or deficiencies in his information, he will be the client who supports all the derivative expenses that are generated, included the correspondents to warehouse, redelivery or return to Confitelia, s.l. All the goods sending by Confitelia, s.l. are checked and packed with the major care, nonetheless, if the client was estimating any damage in the packing in the moment of the delivery, he will have to certify it in the receipt of the company of transport with the transporter of witness and in all the copies of the same one, since without this requirement no claim will be viable. In case of issues with the goods once open the pack, the customer must make a claim at a maximum of 24 hours after receive the order.
